Job Description:/h3:
Answer/direct customer calls and take detailed and accurate messages
Assist customers with questions
Service new and existing Commercial and Personal Lines accounts with a team of 3 other staff
Move leads through Quote, Close, and Bind
Follow up on and submit new business documentation
Deliver policy documents through various approved channels
Assist as needed on incoming telephone and foot traffic for payments, policy changes and various customer service activities
Use available in:house databases to create lists for telemarketing
Use available technology for documentation storage
Room for advancement and salary increases : salary DOE

Skills and Experience
Previous experience in any capacity in Insurance
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Friendly, calm and approachable demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Tech savvy a must

Computer Skills Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Email
Capable of learning and utilizing new software programs as necessary
