To sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full:time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.
A fast paced, growing insurance agency is looking to fill entry level sales positions. The position is part or full time with flexible hours, scheduling appointments or calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews. We are seeking energetic and hungry individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our fast pace agency sales department.
As an independent insurance professional you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents that share your desire to win. Position pays a competitive base with a generous commission structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process.

Job Responsibilities
:Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
:Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
:Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
:Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
:Process customer policy change requests.
:Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
:Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
:Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
:Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
:Take premium payments from customers.
:Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
:Maintain knowledge of new products.
:Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources.
:Generating insurance quotes.
:Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists
:Provides on:going support to insurance clients as needed
:Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold:calling, and lead databases
:Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals

Job Requirements
:Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
:Proficiency to multi:task, follow:thru and follow:up.
Communication/interpersonal skills.
:Must have ability to multi:task.
:Career minded vision.
:Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
:Be able to obtain or currently possess a property and casualty insurance license
:Ability to obtain or posses an active Life and Health Insurance license
:Strong communication skills, both oral and written
