We Currently have an opening for a Sales and
Marketing/Operations Associate to join our team

Paul Global Benefits (PGB) is a premier employee benefits consulting organization that is focused on both US based corporations and global enterprises. PGB manages employee benefits for employers of all sizes. Our Consultants are expert in all group employee benefits; medical, dental, vision, life and disability, business travel and medical benefits abroad, and Voluntary benefits like accident insurance, critical illness, group legal and identity theft.
PGB has recently completed enhancement of a state:of:the:art online benefit management tool, BeneShark that allows employees to self:elect benefits during open enrollment and/or during the year based on qualified life elections. The BeneShark enrollment tool will be available to existing and prospective customers of PGB and will also be sold as a stand:alone service to.

The Sales and
Marketing/Operations Associate will promote PGB as a full service benefit consultancy with a focus on branding and marketing the BeneShark enrollment tool. Lead PGB efforts in identifying employers of all sizes as target customers for the BeneShark benefit management tool and for Health and Welfare consultative services.
Key Duties and Activities include but may not be limited to:
:Create targeted marketing campaigns for Paul Global Benefits
o BeneShark Enrollment Tool : create awareness of the tool through social media, networking, direct mail and other marketing programs
o Work with PGB Management on pricing and promotions to attract prospective customers
o Identify target customers; develop and maintain sales pipeline
New Business Sales : establish a network of prospects and pursue sales leads independently and in conjunction with PGB Management.
o Set sales goals; establish periodic reports and trackers to monitor performance
o Qualify sales leads; schedule conference calls and face to face meetings with prospects and PGB management
Industry Expert : become a technical expert on the BeneShark system and processes; apply industry knowledge to brand the BeneShark tool in the marketplace and promote PGBs services
Collateral Materials : responsible for creation, maintenance and distribution of sales collateral
Implementation Partner : upon sale, maintain relationship with new customers to ensure a smooth onboard of the customer and their employees to PGBs services and tools

:Undergraduate degree
:3:5+ years major insurance carrier, group health and/or ancillary benefits
Other Qualifications:
:Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
:Must enjoy working in a dynamic, diverse, fast:paced organization with a focus on meeting customer requirements.
:Highly motivated and able to take initiative with adequate direction.
:Previous experience as an active member of a team or served in a role where: communication skills (essential), problem solving, planning, interpersonal skills were required.
:Ability to work independently or in a team environment to present ideas and solve problems.
Some travel required.
