Currently looking to hire an assistant for a remote position with a small online business. Primary duties include data entry, proofreading, and providing feedback to improve team performance. Should be comfortable using a computer and working independently. Prefer some experience, but training can be provided if necessary. This is a remote position, so you should have access to a computer. Schedule is flexible.

Job would start on a part-time basis (20 hours/week), but transition to full-time with increased workload. Pay is negotiable.

Required Skills:

- High school graduate or equivalent
