We are looking for a candidate with 8 or more years of managerial and industry experience. This person must be up for the challenge of the Managed Services industry. Position Description
A director of Services captains the service departments and leaders of each practice area. These areas include NOC services, dispatch team, help desk, and professional services team. You will be responsible for delivery of services, client satisfaction, process improvement, hires and fires, internal initiatives, quality control, and client interactions. This individual understands the metrics of how an MSP needs to operates, KPIs and reports.
