The intern period is 10 : 12 weeks, beginning June 4, 2018 and ending Mid: August.

Administrative Responsibilities:
:Inventory/Event logistics
:Track new and existing inventory on spreadsheets
:Sort new materials and organize/maintain stock rooms
:Track new/future events (JA, Safety Town, Sesame, etc.) with contacts/volunteers
:Prepare event materials for all events
:Prepare presentations upon request
:Event Coordination
:Ongoing contact with event contacts for questions/updates/volunteer contact
:Provide onsite event coordinators with CPP Kits/information (brochures, etc.)
:Send pre/post event emails to volunteers about logistics of event
:E:mails soliciting volunteers from CPP Coordinators
:Distribute various communications to employees about upcoming CPP events
:Notify event volunteers on day:of:event information/instructions or changes
:Solicit photos from events from volunteers
:Research potential event participation for PSEG LI
:Show of Force event support (t:shirt distribution, etc.)
:CPP Calendar
:Add/delete/modify events as needed
:Archive/categorize SharePoint documents
