Houseman available for single/bi/or gay guy

I am seeking work, on a part-time basis, for a guy that needs a responsible Houseman to help make his life easier.
Seeking guys that don't have time (or interest) in doing daily household chores.
I am retired, so my schedule is very flexible.
I am experienced in both Home, and Personal maintence.
If you need any of the following duties (as listed) done on a regular basis please let me know:
Home Maintence:
Laundry.
Cooking.
Cleaning.
Decorating.
Landscape design.
Assistance in budgeting and finance.
Assistance in party preparation.
Experienced in Ebay sales.
Personal Maintence:
Body rubs.
Ironing of clothing.
Errand shopping.
Mentoring.
Pet care.
