Orangetheory Fitness is currently looking for a fun, smart and passionate fitness professional to join and lead the Fitness team at our Melville Studio

* Promotes a positive, high energy and respectful culture
* Manages all aspects of the Fitness Team and drives success by aligning performance with Orangetheorys best practices
* Schedules OTF training sessions
* Works with Studio Manager, other coaches and staff to build attendance, retain current members and achieve monthly revenue goals
* Leads/instructs a minimum of 10 Orangetheory classes per week including weekends as needed or instructed by the Studio Manager
* Follows up communication with new, current and former Orangetheory studio members to include intros, low use members and consultations for prospective and current members
* Participates in marketing and social media efforts and ensures that coaches are effectively promoting themselves and their workouts to members

* Safety and Security : All employees are responsible for observing safety and security procedures as applicable and reporting potentially unsafe conditions to management
Directly supervises the fitness coaches employed at their studio and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
