If so, this might be the right opportunity for you Cosentino is one of the market leaders for Quartz, Granite, and Ultracompact surfaces We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Distribution business segment, as the Account Manager for Distribution. Cosentino currently has 35 centers across the US and Canada and continues to grow every year
The Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating a territory by developing demand in the market place, as well as acquiring new and maintaining current customers through the sales and promotion of Cosentino products.
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
:Assist with trade show set:up, customer entertainment events, and other promotional activities as needed including weekend and weeknight sales events
:Attend industry related events regularly (NKBA, ASID, AIA, NARI), build relationships, and report back with recaps and productive feedback
:Deliver marketing materials assigned to the client according to their value (segmentation)
:Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock, such as S and D BBQ events
:Develop and maintain current product knowledge with ability to present to customers
:Work with General Manager and Sales Team to execute business strategy for territory of all customer segments (home centers, K and B, Fabricators, etc.)
:Participate in the events offered and sponsored by Cosentino as needed and required. These events may be after hours or on weekends
:Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and other collateral supplies, such as display towers
:Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
:Gather market intelligence and provide data to General Manager
:Identify and resolve any client concerns
:Ensure all new customers are set up appropriately according to marketing and sales standards in CRM System
:Immediate and accurate response to customers regarding price quotes
:Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point:of:purchase materials within assigned territory
:Manage customer relationships: expectations, needs, concerns, etc., in order to encourage the consumption and sale of new products
:Maximizes the use of the Cosentino Center to cultivate customer relationships
:Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the remodel, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and assigned fabrication base
:Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
:Responsible for overall sales of the defined territory given
:Prioritize and prepare weekly visit schedules to be effective within market
:Collaborate with other Account Managers as needed
:Collaborate with Cosentino Corporate staff and Cosentino Center staff to accomplish tasks as needed
:Other duties as assigned
:Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record
:Job requires driving company vehicle 80 of time to customers within territory
:Some overnight travel may be required depending on business needs
:High School Diploma or GED
:Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
:2 years experience with customer database, such as salesforce
:2 years of sales or field merchandising experience
:Ability to multi task and work in an extremely fast paced environment
:Demonstrated time management skills (i.e., prioritization, timely follow:up with customer)
:Detail oriented
:Excellent customer service
:Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
:Experience creating and managing sales budgets per customer
:Ability to negotiate
:Positive attitude (solution oriented and ability to deal with ambiguity)
:Team player, results oriented and engage in collaborative goal setting
