What about experience fostering and developing relationships with International customers? Puritan's Pride, the Direct to Consumer arm of The Nature's Bounty Co., has an exciting opportunity on their International Team for a Manager of International Sales and Operations. As our next Manager of International Sales & Operations you will play a critical part in our mission to deliver timely professional service to Puritans Pride International Distributors. You will also manage and lead a small team responsible for the day to day operating requirements necessary to ensure all customer forecast needs are met while partnering with Supply Chain, Planning and Sales. Specific duties include but are not limited too: Communicate daily with Distributors on all sales and customer service. Ensure that the monthly financials goal are managed. Work towards meeting or exceeding those goals. Analyze planned budgets against forecasts, and dialogue with Distributors to ensure compliance to meeting planned business goals.Review monthly sales reports, from the distributors, for identification and communication of business trends to Supply chain.Work closely with Forecasting team on the monthly inventory build.Maintenance of special projects tied in to product reformulations, as well as all product revisions. Ensure timely, internal and external, implementation takes place, on all projects. Monitor teams adherence to work streams, created by these projects.Maintain open communication with pricing Manager, and communicate updated Pricing to Distributors.Communicate product needs to pricing manager and merchandising team. Contribute ideas on improving the business process. Secure training opportunities to facilitate, excellence in performance. Communicate with Distributors, related to sales and customer service, to facilitate the on-going promotion of Puritans Pride business.Support and drive the team to meet all service level requirements for the international operation in partnership with the Director.Report weekly financial, order status to Senior Leadership. Secure payments from Overseas distributors.Monthly analysis of registration documentation, to ensure required documents are in place, to ensure smooth shipment execution. Manage communication with new interested parties, who are requesting Distributor status.Ensure the team executes all tasks, to facilitate the execution of the monthly shipments.Must be comfortable creating and implementing standard operating procedures. Special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration required. (International Management highly preferred)Minimum 7 years experience in International Operations role-preferable in a consumer goods category.Minimum of 3 years supervising a team.Must have a demonstrated track record of developing associatesDemonstrated experience utilizing inventory analysis and/or tracking tools for report out as well as auditing performance. Ability to clearly understand and respond appropriately to issues that the International Distributors present.Must possess keen sense of urgency required when dealing with International customers.Ability to approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate solutions are implemented.Ability to multi-task and move from one priority to another with agility.Strong excel skills are required, inclusive of v- look up, conditional formatting and pivot tables.
