Senior Account Manager (Merchant Cash Advance)
Shore Funding Solutions : Melville , NY
60,000 : 150,000 a year : Full:time, Commission
Currently hiring Senior Account Managers, experience is a must. Must know the MCA/loan product and how to speak to merchants to gather requested documents.
Shore Funding Solutions provides working capital to small and mid:size businesses. We are looking for experienced sales professionals that have a background in the
alternative/commercial lending industry.
Leads will be provided on a weekly basis. Paid training is available for inexperienced applicants.
Our lead ratios are as follows :
:Aged Leads/Applicants : 1 out of 75 are interested (Provided Daily)
:General Data : 1 out of 40 are interested (Provided Daily)
:Recent Leads/Applicants : 8 out of 10 are interested (Provided Daily)
As Finance Brokers/Account Managers you will be managing the following responsibilities:
:Contacting and building relationships with business owners in need of financing
:Properly elaborating on rate proposals to business owners
:Analyzing merchants bank statements and financials
:Consulting your clients on their financing options available to them
:Manage deal flow and general sales operations
:Negotiating proposals with our network of lenders
Applicants we are looking for will have the following:
:Strong verbal and written communication skills
:An ability to calculate rate proposals on the fly
:Effective time management balancing clients and outbound marketing
:Basic computer skills
:Strong critical thinking skills
:6 Months in any sales position or 4 months in the alternative financing industry
If you have experience in the alternative financing industry you should expect the following:
:Recent leads/applicants will be provided on a Bi:weekly schedule.
:You should expect to close no less than 100,000 a month of originated deals ( 3,000 : 5,000 in Commissions)
:Average Brokers should expect to close no less than 150,000 a month in originated deals ( 5,000 : 8,000 in Commissions)
:Good brokers should be doing 250,000 + a month in deal origination on average ( 8,000 : 10,000 in Commissions)
:Experienced Brokers should expect to close no less than 300,000 a month in originated deals ( 10,000 : 15,000 in Commissions)
:A bonus will be provided on every deal closed
:Senior Account Manager position which you will be responsible for oversight of 3:4 Junior Account Managers.
Phone interview will be conducted before sit down interview.
* Salary stated is based on estimated average commissions and base salary earned first year by entry level Senior Account Manager.
